We’ve been providing advisory, consulting, and project management services for four decades. We’ve worked with and through other firms and delivered as standalone services. What we know unequivocally is that quality services depend on the quality of people delivering them. Never do we populate our engagements with junior people or people outside of longstanding webs of individual and group affiliations. For special circumstances we bring in outside talent, but only when we can pair it with a trusted colleague responsible for delivering results.
Our view is that talent we bring to engagements absolutely must fit client needs and client culture. Culture, often under appreciated, is a strategic factor for every enterprise. It’s always where we start, and it’s an essential part of finalizing delivery. We decline cases where we do not feel that our experience best serves client needs; or when our ability to deliver our best work would be challenged by over extending our capacity.
